Unioncamere Puglia, in collaboration with ITS Academy A. Cuccovillo and project partners from Albania and Montenegro, has officially launched an open call to select small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in Puglia that are active in the fields of mechatronics and predictive maintenance.
Selected companies will benefit from a tailored package of activities designed to boost their internal technical expertise and foster international business development.
What the Call Offers
Train and certify an internal expert in predictive maintenance;
Co-design specialised training for technicians based on real business needs;
Enhance key competences in advanced predictive maintenance methods;
Expand business opportunities in the Balkans through networking and collaboration.
All activities offered through the HISTEK TEST call are provided for free to participating companies.
How to Apply
Interested companies can download the full call documentation and submit their applications online. The process is quick and straightforward, designed to be completed in just a few minutes.
The deadline for applications is 12:00 (CET) on 16 March 2026. A selection committee will evaluate submissions and choose four beneficiary enterprises based on the relevance and potential impact of their profiles.

The tailored training is funded by HISTEK TEST project, under Interreg IPA South Adriatic 2021–2027 Programme.
The HISTEK TEST project is designed to connect people who are looking for jobs with local companies that need skilled workers. It helps match job seekers who have the right technical and practical skills with businesses that are looking for qualified employees.
It connects Higher Vocational Education and Training (HVET) institutions, companies, and public bodies across borders to strengthen education and labor market links.
Through testing and validation activities, HISTEK TEST will enhance collaboration between education and the workforce, opening new opportunities for highly skilled technicians.
