Through #InPraticA, GOVERNANCE project invites Apulian public administrations to share practical solutions in digitalization and simplification.
What if a solution that already works in one public administration could help many others improve?
This is the idea behind #InPraticA – Good practices that simplify public work, a new initiative launched in Apulia within the Interreg GOVERNANCE strategic project. The call invites municipalities, provinces, the Metropolitan City and other public administrations across Apulia to share practices already implemented in the fields of digitalisation and administrative simplification.
The focus is not on competition, rankings or awards. #InPraticA is designed as an open collection of practical solutions that have already helped make services clearer, faster, more accessible and more efficient for citizens and businesses.
Applications are open from 1 April to 30 June 2027. Best practices must be submitted exclusively through the dedicated platform, by filling in the online form with the main details of the initiative, including objectives, results achieved, implementation period, innovative elements and useful suggestions for other public administrations interested in applying the same approach. All submissions must be formally endorsed by the administration concerned and sent by its legal representative or by a duly delegated person.
The experiences collected will feed the project’s Multifunctional Hub: a shared digital space where public administrations across South Adriatic can exchange knowledge, showcase working solutions and learn from each other.
Promoted by the Apulia Region – Digital Growth Section, Lead Partner of GOVERNANCE project, with the support of ANCI Puglia, the initiative reflects the wider mission of GOVERNANCE: strengthening administrative capacity, promoting digital innovation and encouraging cooperation among local public administrations in Apulia, Molise, Albania and Montenegro.
