Within the HEVON project, three territorial workshops were organised in Albania, Montenegro, and Apulia to develop a SWOT analysis of the high-quality extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) value chain, with the active involvement of local stakeholders. 

The first workshop took place on December 18, 2025, in Durrës (Albania), organised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Durrës in collaboration with the Municipality of Berat, focusing on quality standards, market challenges, and promotion opportunities. 

A second workshop in Ulcinj (Montenegro) highlighted the need to strengthen promotion and improve connections between EVOO producers and the hospitality sector. 

The process concluded with the final workshop in Bari (Italy) on January 29, 2026, held during the EVOLIO EXPO fair, where contributions from all territories were consolidated to shape the HEVON SWOT analysis supporting future project actions.
